Our off-car DPF cleaning is intended for garages, workshops, and business account holders who have the facilities to remove and refit the unit. Off-car cleaning is needed when you have a blocked DPF and one of these problems:

Can you clean heavily blocked or oil-contaminated DPFs?

Yes. Our service is designed to clear even the most blocked DPFs and restore them to almost new functioning. Sometimes DPFs suffer from oil contamination – this is a little more sensitive, but we clean those units as well.

Is there any warranty on the cleaning?

We offer a 12 month warranty on the clean. Driving habits and patterns can contribute to future DPF fouling, but if you follow our simple advice you will be fine.

Do you provide before and after test results?

Yes. We take before-and-after pressure readings on the unit and share these with you. They show the effectiveness of the clean.

If my DPF is cracked or faulty, can you supply a replacement?

Yes. The first thing we do is inspect and pressure test the unit: we won’t proceed with cleaning if it is not repairable. If cleaning isn’t an option, we’ll call you and tell you your options. We can usually source a like-for-like replacement unit for you rapidly.

How long does the service take?

Drop-off services are typically completed within 24 hours. Our Collect-and-Deliver service is turned round within 48 hours of the unit arriving with us. We arrange courier collection and delivery – this is typically an overnight service both ways.

Do you do vans, trucks as well?

Yes. We handle all normal sizes and shapes of DPFs, including Cars, LCVs, Trucks and site machinery.
