Deep Clean of the DPF: Using our bespoke cleaning solution, we perform a deep clean of the DPF, effectively removing 95-98% of the filter’s contents.
Efficient Cleaning Process: The entire cleaning process is completed within 45-90 minutes, ensuring minimal disruption to your business.
Post-Clean Vehicle Health Check: A follow-up assessment is conducted to confirm that the issues have been resolved and the DPF is fully unblocked.

Off-car cleaning service
Our off-car DPF cleaning is intended for garages, workshops, and business account holders who have the facilities to remove and refit the unit. Off-car cleaning is needed when you have a blocked DPF and any one of these problems: ● EGR fault ● SCR fault ● Glow Plugs failure ● Injector problems ● Turbo problems ● Adblue problems
Simply remove the DPF, box it up and either send it to us or wait for our courier service to collect the part. We will clean it within 24 hours of receipt, and return it with overnight delivery orr your own courier. We include your before-and after pressure test results on the unit.
