Outstanding service and went above and beyond
The day before we was due to drive to France for a holiday, a warning on our Citreon C4 Picasso suggested the DPF required attention. After a panic Google search I came across DPF Fixer.
I explained the situation and the customer service agent was fantastic. He managed to square away a very very short notice appointment and I had a technician at my house within 3 hours.
The technician (Kieran) was very knowledgeable and gave me reassurance he knew what the issue would be and the vehicle would be road worthy within 90 minutes. He also gave me some advice for another minor technical snag, which I will sort after the holiday.
The whole experience was outstanding and I highly recommend this company.
I'm always wary about national wide vehicle maintenance companies, but I promise these guys are legitimately amazing!!!

Excellent service i firstly was updated l hour before arrival and was sent a link to track where the driver was and he turned up on time exactly as informed. liam from dpf fixer did a great job of clearing my dpf. He Told me every stage he was going through with the process. explained everything clearly and showed me readings on the diagnostic device of what they should be and what they actually where. watching the process was interesting to. After clearing dpf we went for a drive while diagnostics was still connected so liam could check everything was running OK. By doing a regeneration cycleThere where no error codes or problems liam also gave me some maintenance tips at the end of cleaning.i would rate dpf fixer to anyone who needs the dpf cleaned it works brilliantly and dpf fixer do a proper chemical clean not just a short term fix. This will save you expensive repair bills and give you better mpg do not ignore dpf warnings on your vehicle use dpf fixer.

A DPF warning light came up on my Mitsubishi Outlander shortly after being serviced. My usual garage was unable to help so I resorted to DPF Fixer after looking at the various options and companies that claim to help with this. I wasnt sure what to expect as its always a bit of a gamble using these types of company. Its a problem Ive had several times in the past and my regular garage has carried out a in-situ clean of the DPF which has worked every time. Jason turned up promptly after sending a text he was on his way. We had a quick chat and he then used his diagnostic kit to confirm that there was a warning on the CPU for high oil level. He checked the oil level and it was normal so clearly something had triggered this warning based on oil level but could not be identified. He then checked the DPF and found it to be healthy with low carbon deposits present. He reset the CPU to clear the alarm and I took the car for a short drive and it had cleared. The recent service may have triggered the alarm or its just possible this alarm comes up whenever there is a milage/timed requirement for an oil change, who knows. Jason explained what he had done very clearly and spend over and hour with me answering my questions. When I came to pay the full amount he said that because he hadnt had to clear a DPF blockage that there was no charge and that my £150 deposit was it! I wonder how many other companies would have gladly taken the full amount? All in all Jason was honest, knowledgable and fair and could'nt ask for more than that. Would definitely recommend! If youve recently had a service or high oil level get someone to check if there is an alarm sitting in the CPU waiting to be cleared, might save you some money!

My engine light came on red Friday 5th June 2026 in the afternoon and I rang DPF Fixer once I had got back to an Air BNB I was staying at in Hastings. I was due to travel home on Sunday back to Coventry. Andras the engineer turned up the next day at 7.30am. It became obvious that he was a very talented and professional engineer and explained the process he would carry out. He flushed out the DPF and cleaned the sensor on the throttle body. He Also identified that the butterfly valve was not operating properly in the throttle body and recomended I change it. We then did an extensive test drive to make sure all was good. The Cost was £450 and well worth it. I have now ordered the throttle body and will have it fitted as soon as I can. Its 3 days since I got back to Coventry without incident. Exceptional service from Jason at head office and Andras the engineer. would definitely recommend DPF Fixer.
