The country’s leading DPF cleaning service, here to help you stay mobile
Established in 2020 in response to the growing problem of expensive and disruptive DPF failures, and the requirements for commercial enterprises to meet strict emissions controls.
We operate a fleet of dedicated mobile units across England, Scotland and Wales for mobile cleaning, and also operate our own workshops delivering off-car factory cleaning of DPFs and CATs. In addition to our cleaning / reconditioning services, we supply new / replacement DPFs through our online shop.
Here to keep you on the road
DPF Fixer Ltd is a privately-owned company based in East Grinstead, Sussex. It has grown steadily since it was founded in 2020. We maintain a large staff of trained engineers all over the country who operate our mobile cleaning units, and a headquarters staff including operators of our off-car cleaning eqiupment.
We service private motorists, and partner with fleet managers, workshops and garages, owners of plant machinery and HGVs to keep their fleets running smoothly and without unnecessary downtime.

We are proud to have achieved ISO 9001 and 14001 certification, and to continue to earn consistently high ratings from the various review channels.
We also carry Safe Contractor approval and SSIP accreditation.

We welcome feedback from our customers, and enquiries from trade and commercial businesses who are interested in maintaining fleet health, or simply require a fast cleaning service to get a vehicle or piece of machinery back in working order.

Technical innovation
As environmental requirements continue to increase we stay at the forefront of developing equipment and procedures to make the most of filtration technology.
Although filters have been required for some years in diesels they are only now starting to appear in petrol cars. Cleaning requirements in the real world are only partly understood.
More broadly, understanding of the value of well maintained filtration systems is similarly lagging, with only a few fleet operators considering the potential benefits to lifetime values of mobile assets. DPF Fixer are contributing to this understanding and experience within the marketplace.
