Off-car DPF and CAT factory cleaning / reconditioning
- Our off-car DPF and CAT cleaning is intended for garages, workshops, and business account holders who have the facilities to remove and refit the unit.
Simply remove the unit, box it up and either send it to us or wait for our courier service to collect the part. - We clean within 24 hours of receipt, and return it with overnight delivery or your own courier. We include your before-and after pressure test results on the unit.
Maintenance / Preventive cleaning
- We recommend professional DPF cleaning for cars around every 20,000 miles or 24 months, depending on duty patterns. LCVs usually require cleaning more often, especially for city or urban driving. We recommend cleaning for HGVs after 100,000 miles and then every 50,000 miles / 2000 hours. (see details here)
- We can arrange a cleaning schedule at times to suit your workflows, including a mixture of off-car and on-car cleaning as appropriate
- Condition-based cleaning is highly recommended where remote diagnostics / telematics systems are available
- Regular cleaning on-schedule improves vehicle efficiency, reduces the chance of downtime, and helps you to meet emissions controls
