Off-car deep-clean for DPFs and CATs
If the vehicle won’t start, on-car cleaning is not possible. Instead we provide hassle-free factory off-car cleaning – use our easy door-to-door express service.
Our off-car DPF and CAT cleaning is suitable for garages, workshops, and other customers who are able to remove and refit the DPF or CAT unit. Just remove the unit, box it up and book collection by our courier. We clean it within 24 hours of receipt, and return it by overnight delivery. Before-and after pressure test results are included for your records.
Please note
- if our initial testing and inspection reveals physical damage to the unit, we will not proceed with the cleaning and you will only pay for the delivery costs. We will offer you the option of a new replacement unit at normal cost
- We do not deal with removal and fitting of DPFs or CATs, which should be done in the garage or workshop of your choice.
Off-car DPF cleaning is the only alternative to replacement when a blocked DPF has one or more of these problems:
