DPF cleaning specialists since 2020
DPF Fixer was established in 2020 in response to the growing problem of expensive and disruptive DPF failures, and the need for commercial operators to meet strict emissions controls. Today we operate a fleet of dedicated mobile cleaning units across England, Scotland and Wales, run our own workshops for off-car factory cleaning of DPFs and CATs, and supply new and replacement DPFs through our online shop.

DPF Fixer Ltd is a privately owned company based in East Grinstead, Sussex, and has grown steadily since it was founded in 2020.
We have a large team of trained engineers across the country who operate our mobile cleaning units, and a headquarters team that includes the operators of our off-car cleaning equipment. We work with private motorists, and partner with fleet managers, workshops and garages, and owners of plant machinery and HGVs to keep their vehicles running smoothly, without unnecessary downtime.

At the forefront of DPF cleaning
As environmental requirements continue to increase, we stay at the forefront of developing equipment and procedures to get the most from filtration technology. Filters have been fitted to diesels for years, but they’re only now starting to appear in petrol cars, and real-world cleaning requirements are still only partly understood.
The value of well-maintained filtration systems is also widely underestimated – only a few fleet operators consider the benefits to the lifetime value of their vehicles. DPF Fixer is helping to build that understanding across the industry.

We specialise in mobile DPF cleaning, DPF filter cleaning and on-site DPF regeneration for cars, light commercial vehicles (LCVs), heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), and construction or plant machinery such as forklifts and tractors. We also clean catalytic converters.

To avoid future warning lights, we recommend a preventative DPF clean every 20,000 miles or 24 months – sooner for vehicles doing lots of short urban trips. Our engineer will also check for underlying causes such as sensors, EGR or injector faults.
